The Red Barn venue features log and stone workmanship on the inside with a gazebo/patio on the outside. The gazebo is perfect for an open-air wedding or additional dinner seating. The interior is set to impress for dinners, meetings, and receptions and seats 110 guests. A basic kitchen is available for warming, refrigeration, and a water source. The outdoor chapel near the woods is included with some venue rental options. Bring your own licensed caterer, photographer, planner, DJ, bartender, etc. If you'll be doing BYOB, wine, beer, and champagne only.

All rentals include:

• Tables (13 round, two 6-foot rectangle, two 8-foot rectangle, and three stainless steel buffet tables for food)
• Chairs (110 metal folding chairs)
• Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs
• Parking & parking attendant if needed
• Full access to kitchen (full-sized kitchen)
• Full access to two large bathrooms (shower included in one)
• Two private rooms for getting ready
• Patio access w/ gazebo and gas fire pit
• Indoor gas fireplace
• Two commercial heating/air units for the coldest/warmest building around
• Adjustable lights and fans
• Simple decor and ability to look through closet for other decor items

Guest is responsible for providing outdoor tables/chairs and for all other set-up and clean-up (bagging all trash, removal of guest's decor, and clearing the floor of debris). Rental time includes set-up and tear-down time. $300 refundable cleaning deposit required.

Hourly rentals available if event is less than 3 months away.

The Wedding Weekend Package = $5,500

Includes:

• Four hours for rehearsal and set-up the day before
• Wedding day venue access from 11 am - 11 pm (includes access to all 24+ acres of the property)
• Two hours for clean-up day after event
• All add-ons:
  • Two nights (night before and night of event) in all three cabins (each has a private hot tub on the back deck, Queen-sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, seating, TV (with cable and DVDs), bathroom, and comes with breakfast delivered the next morning
  • Stainless steel rolling cooler
  • Warming pans and accessories
  • Golf cart chauffeur
  • Table linens
  • Chair covers
  • Stainless steel stock tanks (generally used to hold beverages)
  • Beverage dispensers

The Little Something Extra Wedding Package = $3,050

Includes:

• Wedding day venue access from 11 am - 11 pm (includes access to all 24+ acres of the property)
• All three cabins the night of the event
• Golf cart chauffeur
• Table linens

The Simple Wedding Package (weekends) = $2,300

Includes:

• Wedding day venue access from 11 am - 11 pm

The Simple Weekday Wedding Package (weekdays) = $2,050

Includes:

• Wedding day venue access from 11 am - 11 pm

Hourly weddings (available if event is less than 3 months away):

• Friday at 2 pm - Sunday = $210/hour
• Monday - Friday at 2 pm = $190/hour

We are open to all kinds of events! If you can dream it, we can host it.

Hourly:

• Friday at 2 pm - Sunday = $150/hour
• Monday - Friday at 2 pm = $130/hour

• If you feel that The Prairie Gardens Inn is the place for your celebration, we will begin the process of getting your contract completed.
• A signed contract and $1,000 down payment secure your event date.
• We use an online reservation system where you can pay with a credit or debit card.  You are also welcome to pay by check or cash.
