How we like to do things...

Welcome! Here are a few things you'll want to know.


For Cabin Guests:

  • Check-in is between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Please let us know if you need to arrive later.
  • Check-out is by 12:00pm.
  • Check in at the main venue barn. Head to the double doors under the large front porch.
  • Let us know what time you would like to have breakfast delivered to your cabin in the morning. Whatever time you choose is fine with us.
  • The fireplace is on a thermostat. Set it and forget it.
  • Be sure to replace and latch the lid on the hot tub when you finish. This keeps your tub clean and the water warm.
  • If you need anything during your visit, give us a call on the office phone at 316-777-1232 day or night. We're happy to help.
  • Tentative inquiries about cabin availability will be held no longer than 24 hours without a credit card number. We reserve the right to fill any unsecured availability at any time.
  • A credit card number will secure your reservation until you either check in or cancel your reservation. 
  • We reserve the right to charge at least one night's stay to your credit card in the event of a no-call/no-show or a cancellation after 4:00pm the day of check-in.
  • If you need to cancel due to an emergency, illness, or the like, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else may have an opportunity to rent a cabin.
  • No question is too silly. Please let us know if you have one.
  • Ages 18 and over.
  • Two occupants per cabin.
  • No pets, please.


For Venue Rental Guests:

  • Give us a call to schedule a venue and grounds tour. We can show you around and answer any questions you have.
  • If you feel that The Prairie Gardens Inn is the place for your celebration, we will begin the process of getting your contract completed.
  • A signed contract and down payment secure your event date.
  • We can invoice online via QuickBooks, and you can pay thru those links with a credit card, debit card, or ACH withdrawl. You are also welcome to pay by check or cash.
  • As always, let us know if you have questions.
